DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S MINISTRY: part-time. Responsibilities include: design, plan and implement programs for children birth through fifth grade; recruit, train, supervise and evaluate the performance of paid and volunteer staff; lead an advisory committee involving laypeople in building, maintaining and evaluating children’s programming; budgeting; and communication with our congregation. The ideal candidate will have education and experience in a related field, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and compatibility with Community Church of Douglas vision and mission.
